At Movement with Megan, I believe in the transformative power of yoga and barre. With years of experience teaching in local studios and online, I am dedicated to helping you find your unique wellness journey.
I began my yoga journey in 2008, quickly fell in love, and have been a practitioner ever since. As my love for yoga grew, I started to branch out and explore different yoga styles and ways in which to move the body.
My love for both fitness and yoga and everything it brings to both the body and mind lead me to my first 200-hour Yoga & Fitness teacher training in 2019. I then went on to complete Yin training followed by my 300-hour yoga training in 2023, and Barre training in 2024.
I began sharing my passion of movement with my community through teaching various styles of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga at local studios and through sharing a slower side of the practice with Yin yoga. Barre classes have been my most recent addition.
I love that yoga not only challenges you but also brings you peace at the same time, like a yin yang symbol it represents both sides. My classes are a fun and exhilarating union of yoga, strength, and conditioning, with the intention to tap into the body's full potential, developing strength, and deepen mind-body connection.
